COURSE INFORMATION: The registered provider as described by The Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage 2014 –includes the voluntary management committee. Whilst the committee will delegate the day to running and responsibility of the group to its manager, leader and staff, it still needs to have a knowledge and understanding of the framework.

This course will cover the basics, unlock jargon, describe the characteristics of effective learning and help you to be inspection ready. It will help chairs pass their ‘suitable person’ interview and so will be useful for staff and committee to support the induction of new committee members in the future.

This workshop is part of a series of workshops of good practice sessions for personal development of staff and committee members.

COURSE AIM: To provide a voluntary management committee with underpinning knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.
