We are looking for a candidate who has: experience in running a committee managed/parent involved setting; good working knowledge of the EYFS; the ability to continue to lead and manage an experienced team.     Playgroup assistant required, permanent position, term time only, no qualification necessary. We are run by extremely enthusiastic, well qualified staff who provide a safe and happy environment for the children in their care, and managed by a voluntary committee of parents. We are looking for a candidate who enjoys working in a childcare environment. You will be required to set up and tidy away play equipment as directed. Hours are: Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 8:00-9:00am; Tues 1:00-2:00pm; Mon, Thurs, Fri 2:00-3:00pm. For the Autumn term only we are offering extended afternoon hours:Mon, Thurs, Fri 12:10-3:00pm.     Playgroup assistant required, 33.5 hours contracted weekly, term time only, applicants must have as minimum an appropriate level 3 qualification. We are a small charity, committee run playgroup based in the St Marks area of Cheltenham, providing childcare for children aged 2-5 years. We are seeking a new member of staff to work alongside our small team. We pride ourselves on providing a home from home experience, planning activities for the children through a mix of adult and child led play.     SEN playgroup assistant required, fixed term from 1 Sept 2017 to 31 Aug 2018, initially 15 hours a week, term-time only, applicants must have as minimum an appropriate level 2 or 3 qualification, pay rate £7.50/hour. We have a vacancy for an enthusiastic, hardworking, self-motivated, caring and responsible person to join our dedicated team. The role is primarily to work with a colleague providing 1:1 support for a child with cerebral palsy, acting as their key worker and principal carer. In addition, you will carry out general play assistant duties, providing cover and supporting with transfer etc. You will support the playleader to: organise and supervise play activities; encourage positive behaviour; communicate with parents/carers; help with child observation and record keeping. Applicants must have a good knowledge of the EYFS and ideally relevant experience. The initial hours are 15 a week (these may be negotiable), in term-time, Mon-Wed, 10:00am-3:00pm with a potential increase of 5 hours to include Thurs, 10:00am-3:00pm from Jan 2018.
