Advertising can be expensive and time consuming. By offering it as a members' benefit we hope to take away some of the strain. By linking with, who include job vacancies from this page on their site, your vacancy is guaranteed to be seen by thousands of potential candidates – all free of charge to PATA members!

If you would like to take advantage of this service please send details of your job vacancy to using this format as an outline: 

Name of your setting - area/town/village - postcode - title of job role - temporary position/to cover maternity leave/permanent position - start date - term time only (if relevant) - qualification level - pay rate - brief description of your setting and the role you are advertising - closing date for applications (if none given adverts will remain for 6 weeks) - interview date/s (if known).

Terms and Conditions

  • Please include a closing date in your advert. It will be removed from the website after that date, otherwise adverts will be removed after 6 weeks. Please contact us if you wish to extend the closing date.
  • Job vacancies submitted by PATA member settings for advertising through PATA and any subsequent appointment of staff are the responsibility of the setting concerned, including safer recruitment procedures, evidence of suitability and DBS checks.
  • It is expected that all settings advertising on this site are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all their staff to share this commitment. 
  • PATA reserves the right to refuse or edit the content of job vacancies.
