Preparing for Ofsted Inspections

COURSE AIM:- To support you in preparing yourself and your team for inspection and to build confidence.

COURSE INFORMATION:- This course will support you in preparing yourself and your team for inspection. It will include guidance on what to expect, how to prepare for your learning walk, how to evaluate your setting against the Ofsted judgments and look at current trends. It will offer insights and provide you with tools to be ready with confidence.

Suitable for: Any settings on the Early Years register. Management (including Leaders, Managers, Deputies and Committee Members)

Although questions can be asked throughout the session, the last 30 minutes will be a Q and A session.

Delivered by: Jenny Barber who is an Early Years Consultant, Trainer and Author. Her work includes quality development and support, mock inspections, training and research.

Cost: £40 for members / £60 for non members  (One person per booking)

Important additional Information:

• Before booking a place, please read our information sheet which can be found here
• Please ensure you complete the 'attendee name' and 'attendee email address' (of the person attending) to ensure we send the Zoom Invitation to the correct email address. A 'contact telephone number for the attendee is also required in case we need to contact them.
• Please note zoom invitations will be sent out 24 hours before the course/meeting starts. We are unable to send out zoom invitations until your invoice has been settled. Payment is required within 7 days of the invoice date or 24 hours before a course/meeting starts (whichever is sooner).
• If payment cannot be made within this timeframe then please email  training@pataglos.org.uk to agree an extension to your payment deadline, otherwise, your place on the course may be cancelled.
