Job Opportunities at PATA Managed Groups

We welcome direct applicants who wish to be considered for an apprenticeship placement working in our PATA Managed Groups.

    Level 2/3 Early Years Practitioner (Unqualified Practitioner also considered) required until the end of the Summer term (fixed term contract with a possibility to continue in September) to primarily support a child with additional needs.

    Working hours: 8:30am – 3:00pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

    You will need experience of working in early years, ideally with children with additional needs. Certificates in both child protection and first aid would be advantageous but are not essential.  If you are looking for a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children then we are keen to hear from you.

    Lunchtime cover (qualified or unqualified)

    Would you like the opportunity to work in our popular and busy Early Years setting? 

    If so, we are looking for a friendly person to provide break cover for our team at PATA @ Elmbridge Under Fives which is based on the Elmbridge Primary School site.  The working hours and times each day will be:

    Monday: 9:20am – 11:00am, Tuesday: 9:20am – 12:40pm, Wednesday: 9:20am – 12:00pm, Thursday: 9:20am – 12:40pm, Friday: 9:20am – 12:20pm.

    Initially this is a fixed term contract to the end of the summer term 2026 with a possibility to continue in September.

    The successful candidate must enjoy spending time with children and be enthusiastic and proactive. Ideally you will have a paediatric first aid certificate but this is not essential.  This is a great opportunity to experience working in a successful early years setting with opportunities for training and career progression for those who are interested.  Please get in touch if this sounds like you!

    Level 2 or 3 Early Years Practitioner required. Permanent contract, term time only. Working hours: 8:45am – 3:15pm. 3 days: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Start date: September 25.

    We are recruiting due to increasing numbers and the popularity of the setting.  The successful candidate must be keen, enthusiastic and committed to helping children become the best they can be.  You will need experience of working at level 2 or above in early years.  Certificates in both child protection and first aid would be advantageous but are not essential.
