PATA Pocket-Sized: Supercharge Your Supervisions

This hour long session will provide Managers with the confidence to conduct meaningful one-to-one meetings with their staff.

Although Supervisions are a requirement forming part of your Performance Management Process, they can be so much more including coaching and mentoring your staff. We will give you the necessary tools to enable your supervisions to be something you and your team look forward to, rather than dread!

Join us for this session where we will look at what Supervisions should cover; the forms that you need; the mentoring and coaching of staff as well as considering staff wellbeing. We will also briefly touch on appraisals.

Please be aware that PATA Pocket Sized sessions are an insight to the subject topic and given the short time, inevitably, we won't be able to cover everything.  If more in-depth training is required then we may be able offer this if there is enough interest or as a bespoke course for you.  Also, please be mindful that these sessions can be fast paced with lots of information contained within them to ensure you get the most out of the hour session.

• Please note zoom invitations will be sent out 24 hours before the course/meeting starts. We are unable to send out zoom invitations until your invoice has been settled. Payment is required within 7 days of the invoice date or 24 hours before a course/meeting starts (whichever is sooner).
• If payment cannot be made within this timeframe then please email training@pataglos.org.uk to agree an extension to your payment deadline, otherwise, your place on the course may be cancelled.
