The Wonder of Woodwork - An Introduction to Woodwork in Early Childhood Education with Pete Moorhouse

In this webinar we will look at the value of offering woodwork in early years. We will see just how holistic woodwork can be with the potential to encompass all areas of learning and development.  Pete will talk about setting up a woodwork area, how to best manage provision, the most suitable tools and woods and the key health and safety measures that we need to put in place to ensure safe provision.

Delivered by:  Pete Moorhouse is an early years creative consultant and artist educator.  His work is centred around developing children's creativity and his practice is inspired by Froebelian principles and practice in Reggio Emilia.
