Nominations were shortlisted and then judged by an independent panel comprising some PATA Trustees / Senior Staff and some external judges.  All shortlisted nominees were notified of their nomination and many joined us on the evening (along with their colleagues!). Winners were announced on the night and received a trophy and a small prize.
