How it works...
We provide a monthly service to help our clients meet HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC), RTI (Real Time Information) and Automatic Enrolment Pension requirements.
- Each month, clients send us the details of their employee’s gross pay, or hours worked for the month, together with information of any other payments due, such as expenses.
- Our experienced team reviews the information provided for any potential inconsistences and will seek clarification before processing, avoiding what could result in a costly error.
- We then produce itemised payslips, showing details of employee salaries with any statutory deductions or credits. (PAYE, National Insurance, Sick Pay, Maternity Pay, etc.)
- Copy payslips are sent to the client so they can make the correct payments to their employees.
- Password protected payslips are sent electronically or via SAGE Payroll Cloud portal directly to clients' employees.
If clients take on a new employee or an employee leaves, we deal with P45 forms and ensure they have the correct tax codes. We also provide tried and tested Salary / Redundancy Calculation sheets that are accurate, easy to follow and transparent.
All clients benefit from regular payroll reporting including year to date information. These reports provide all the information needed by the client to make the required HMRC & Pension payments.
Payroll reporting can be tailored to suit the client's needs - this can be discussed during onboarding. Our Payroll Service can also be enhanced to include our Pension Service.
Year End Processing (included)
To ensure Year End Compliance, we will generate P60s for our clients' current employees, and provide P11s & annual reports summarising their payroll for the year.
